MuLanXu® 是由 MULANXU.COM 运营的基于国产人工智能（AI）large models的应用融合工具，主营business为online dating / social交友匹配、情感陪伴对话与线下高端social activities。

1.2 Service Description

this Platform不涉及任何fortune-telling, divination, compatibility-reading、预测等feudal-superstitious activities，亦不提供psychological consultation、psychotherapy、medical诊断、legal consultation等专业服务。specificService Boundaries详见《Disclaimer》。

1.3 应用融合工具属性

this Platform是AI large models的应用融合工具（AI Application Integration Tool），即调用12 个国产自研 AI large models的 API 接Exit，为online dating / social匹配场景提供量化分析与Recommended服务。平台本身不训练基础large models，仅做面向online dating / social场景的应用层创新。

为避免误解，特此明确this Platform的技术边界与商业实质：

依据《网络安全法》《个人信息保护法》要求，this Platform对all users实行real-name authentication，并对接国家反诈中心大数据平台，对涉嫌诈骗、违规违法账户conduct实时risk监测与处置。

4.3 违法信息举报

this Platform设有24 hours违法信息巡查机制，接受User举报与监管指令，发现违法信息Nowdelete、屏蔽、断开链接、停止传输，保存有关记录并向有关主管部门报告。

4.4 配合公安协查

依据《网络安全法》第 28 条，this Platform在接到公安机关司法协助后，依法配合数据调取、User身份核实、案件协查等执法工作。
