To avoid any misunderstanding and legal risk, this Platform expressly states:

Note on the 12 Underlying Chinese AI Models

This Platform acts as a "unified access gateway and scenario-application tool" for 12 Chinese-developed AI large models. It does not itself train or develop base models. When you use this Platform, you may encounter the following situations, which we hereby explain:

1. Built-in disclaimers of AI models: Some Chinese AI models have system-level disclaimers such as "for reference and self-awareness only". This Platform respects and fully passes through such disclaimers and does not delete, alter, or override them.
2. Models without sufficient disclaimers: Some AI models may not include sufficiently visible "entertainment reference" disclaimers at the system level. This Platform proactively adds similar statements at the application layer to ensure all users are clearly informed that AI output is for reference and self-awareness only.
3. Use of this Platform constitutes agreement: By using this Platform's aggregated workflow, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the "entertainment reference" disclaimers attached to the AI models also apply to any AI output you receive through this Platform, and that all AI output is for your reference and self-awareness only and does not constitute professional advice, commitment, or guarantee.
4. Non-reliance principle: This Platform strongly recommends that users maintain rational judgment of any AI output and do not rely on it for major life decisions such as marriage, investment, medical care, or legal matters.

• This Platform bears no responsibility for any decisions you make based on AI output or the consequences thereof.
• This Platform bears no responsibility for the actions of other users.
• This Platform bears no responsibility for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, and regulatory actions).
• In any case, this Platform's compensation liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of membership / token fees you have actually paid to this Platform in the most recent 12 months.

7. Copyright and Responsibility for AI Content

In accordance with the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services:

• As a provider of generative AI services, this Platform assumes primary responsibility as the content producer.
• For AI-generated content (text, images, dialogues) involving copyright, this Platform bears responsibility in accordance with the law.
• You may not use AI-generated content from this Platform for any purpose that infringes the rights of others or violates laws and regulations.

8. Changes to this Disclaimer

This Disclaimer may be amended in response to changes in laws, regulations, or business adjustments. Material changes will be communicated to you through prominent channels such as in-station messages and APP pop-ups. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective rules.
