3.2 数据处理方式
- 您的输入数据（如性格测试答案、与 AI assistant的对话）will被加密传输至上述国产 AI large models的 API 接Exitconduct处理；
- All AI 模型均为面向中国大陆的版本，数据处理All在境内Done；
- we承诺：不使用任何境外 AI large models（如 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google 等），不存在数据跨境传输；
- API 调用记录Reserved 6 个月，仅用于合规审计与故障排查；
- we与各 AI 模型厂商签有数据处理协议，要求其按中国《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》要求处理数据。
4、您的Rights与行使方式
依据《个人信息保护法》，您享有以下Rights：
4.1 知情权与决定权
您有权知晓we如何处理您的个人信息（详见本政策）。
4.2 查阅、复制权
您可在 APP"我的-设置-个人资料"中查阅、复制您的个人信息。
4.3 更正、补充权
您可随时修改、补充您的个人资料。
4.4 delete权
您可approved"设置-注销账户"delete您的All个人信息。注销后，您的个人信息将被delete或匿名化处理，除非legal要求Reserved。
4.5 撤回同意权
您可随时撤回对处理敏感个人信息（online dating / social信息、情感对话）的同意。撤回后，部分功能（如 AI 匹配）将无法使用。

5、未成年人保护
this Platform仅面向 18 周岁以上成年人。wecan't主动收集未成年人信息。如发现未成年人Sign Up，we将Now封禁账户并delete其信息。如您是未成年人监护人，发现孩子未经同意使用this Platform，请NowContact。
6、数据安全
- 传输加密：全Station HTTPS/TLS 1.3；
- 存储加密：敏感个人信息 AES-256 加密存储；
- 访问控制：最小权限原则，员工访问需审批+审计；
- 安全审计：每季度第3方安全渗透测试；
- 应急预案：7×24 hours安全运营中心，应急响应 ≤ 1 hours。
