User Agreement

Welcome to MuLanXu® (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform" or "we"). This Agreement is between you andMULANXU.COMregarding your use of this Platform's services. Before using this Platform's services, please read all terms of this Agreement carefully. Once you click "Agree" or actually use this Platform's services, you are deemed to have fully understood, been aware of, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

To avoid any misunderstanding and legal risk,this Platform expressly states：

关于 12 Chinese-developed AI large models自带功能的说明

this Platform是"unified access gateway and scenario-application integration tool for 12 Chinese-developed AI large models"，本身不训练、不研发基础large models。当您使用this Platform时，may encounter以下情况，特此说明：

1. Built-in disclaimers of AI models：Some Chinese-developed AI models在system-level disclaimers that include"for reference and self-awareness only" disclaimers。this Platform尊重并完整传递该等Tip，does not delete, alter, or override。
2. AI large models未明确Tip：Some AI models may not have sufficiently visible "for reference and self-awareness only" disclaimers at the system level。this Platformat the application layer, proactively adds类似说明，to ensure that all users are clearly informed：AI output is for reference and self-awareness only。
3. users using this Platform are deemed to agree：您使用this Platform的集合工作流，即表示您明确知悉并同意：disclaimers attached to the AI models"entertainment reference" disclaimersalso apply to any AI output you receive through this Platform获得的任何 AI output，all AI output仅供您参考与娱乐使用，不构成专业意见、承诺或guarantee。
4. Non-reliance principle：this Platformstrongly recommendusers maintain rational judgment of any AI output保持理性判断，not use it formajor life decisions such as marriage, investment, medical care, or legal matters。

1、服务范围与边界

1.1 we提供的服务

• AI 算法匹配：基于 12 个国产自研 AI large models协同分析，对您的性格画像、价值观、沟通风格、兴趣偏好等维度conduct量化建模，从User库中Recommended契合度较高的对象；
• 在线沟通工具：提供 IM 聊天、语音消息、照片Share等即时通讯功能；
• 情感陪伴助手：基于 AI large models为您提供情感支持、情绪疏导等陪伴式对话（不构成psychological consultation）；
• 线下俱乐部：组织线下高端social activities（Hangzhou 3000㎡ 总部+各地分店）。

1.2 we明确不提供的服务

为保障合规，this Platform不提供以下服务：

• ❌ 不做fortune-telling, divination, compatibility-reading预测、玄学预测：this Platform不存在"AI 算命"、"AI 测姻缘"、"AI 测8字"、"AI 算星座"、"AI 预测感情运势"等服务。all matching results为基于算法的量化评估，不涉及任何feudal-superstitious activities；
• ❌ 不做psychological consultation、psychotherapy、psychological diagnosis：this Platform"情感陪伴助手"为AI 对话工具，不能替代具有职业资质的psychological consultation师。如果您或您身边的人正在经历心理困扰，recommended前往专业medical机构或拨play 24 hours心理援助热线：400-161-9995（Beijingpsychological crisis研究与干预中心）或 12320-5（Nationwide心理援助热线）；
• ❌ 不做medical diagnosis, health advice、营养指导：AI output does not constitute任何medical意见；
• ❌ 不做legal consultation：AI output does not constitute任何legal意见；
• ❌ 不做任何形式的"预测"：this Platform不预测感情走向、marriage稳定、future幸福，All展示的"趋势分析"、"概率评估"均为基于历史数据的算法评估，不构成对commitment of future facts或guarantee。

2、UserSign Up与账户管理

2.1 Sign Up资格

您须年满 18 周岁且具有完全民事行为能力方可使用this Platform。未成年人（18 周岁以下）禁止Sign Up和使用this Platform。

2.2 真实身份

您应当提供真实、准确、完整的个人资料，包括但All于：real name, ID card number（认证时）、手机号、头像、职业等。online dating / social信息属于敏感个人信息（依据《个人信息保护法》第 28 条），您提供即视为您单独同意this Platform按This Agreement及《Privacy Policy》处理该等信息。

2.3 账户安全

您应妥善保管账户密码，may not将账户出借、转让、售卖。因您主动泄露或未尽保管义务造成的损失，由您本人承担。

3、AI output与Disclaimer

3.1 AI output性质

• AI output为概率性结果，not a definite fact；
• AI output可能due to training data, model parameters, and context，存在不确定性；
• AI output不构成对online dating / social结果、relationship trajectory、个人关系质量commitment或guarantee。

3.2 User核实义务

您应当对 AI Recommended的对象conduct独立核实，包括但All于：线下见面、身份核实、家庭背景调查等。we无法guaranteeother users资料的真实性、完整性和准确性。

3.3 平台 AI 集成工具属性与商业模式说明

为避免误解，特此明确this Platform的技术定位与商业模式：

• this Platform是基于国产 AI large models的应用融合工具（AI Application Integration Tool），核心价值在于将 12 Chinese-developed AI large models API 集成到统1界面，让Userone-stop与多个 AI 对话、对比、择优。
• this Platform不训练、不研发基础large models，仅调用第3方国产 AI large models API。模型本身由各模型厂商（百度、阿里、字节、腾讯等）拥有并负责合规。
• this Platform提供的应用层增值服务包括：Tip词工程（Prompt Engineering）、场景适配、对话编排、量化分析、匹配Recommended、User界面与experience设计等。这部分由this Platform独立Done，受This Agreement知识产权条款保护。
• AI 生成的items来源于原 AI 模型的真实反馈，this Platform不伪造、不篡改 AI output，不向模型添加超出User实际请求的额外items；UI 框架、Rating、RecommendedSort等由this Platform算法独立生成。
• this Platform商业模式为"应用融合服务费"（如 Token 转发调用费、增值功能Subscribe），并非 AI 模型销售或转售。we仅对自身应用层服务负责，AI 模型本身的items质量、合规、知识产权由各模型厂商负责。

4、User行为规范

4.1 禁止items

您may not制作、Upload、传播以下items：

• 违反legal法规的items；
• 危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密的items；
• 损害国家荣誉和利益的items；
• 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视的items；
• content that promotes feudal superstition (such as fortune-telling, divination, compatibility prediction, etc.)；
• 虚假、欺诈、诱骗、骚扰others的items；
• 淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或教唆犯罪的items；
• 侵犯others知识产权、隐私权、肖像权、名誉权的items；
• 商业广告、招揽、传销等items；
• Other违反公序良俗的items。

4.2 AI Tip词注入（Prompt Injection）禁止

您may notapproved任何方式试图绕过、操纵、注入、欺骗this Platform AI 模型的输出，使其生成违反This Agreement第 4.1 条的items。1经发现，this Platform有权Now封禁账户。

5、知识产权

this PlatformAllitems（包括但All于 UI 设计、文案、图标、模型算法、数据库结构、代码）的知识产权归 MULANXU.COM All。未经书面授权，您may not复制、修改、传播、销售this Platform任何items。

6、Paid与退款

6.1 Paid项目

• 基础Member：Free使用基础功能；
• AI 深度版：按 Token 用量即用即付；
• MemberSubscribe：月度/年度Subscribe，含固定 Token 额度+线下俱乐部权益。

6.2 退款政策

this Platform为数字化虚拟服务，1经开通或 Token 消耗即视为服务已Done，原则上不支持退款。如遇force majeure、系统故障等特殊情况，可Contactnegotiation处理。

7、协议变更与终止

this Platform有权根据legal法规变更或business adjustment修改This Agreement，修改后的协议将在生效前 7 个自然日through in-station messages、APP 通知等方式告知您。如您不同意修改后的协议，可选择停止使用并注销账户；继续使用即视为接受修改。

8、争议解决

This Agreement的订立、效力、解释、履行均governed bythe People's Republic of Chinalegal。如发生争议，the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation；if negotiation fails，either party均有权将争议submit to the Hangzhouarbitration委员willin accordance with its then-effective rules。

再次Tip：this Platform是基于 AI 算法的online dating / social交友平台，非算命平台、非psychological consultation平台、非medical平台、非legal consultation平台。all AI output仅供参考，不构成任何专业意见。详见 《Disclaimer》。
